Berlin -15c at 1900, yikes?

Today Berlin observed its highest ever atmospheric pressure in a 99-year
record. I think it was 1049.9 hPa beating the previous record of 1049.3
hPa
in December 1993.
A slight misspeak, I think, from the authority whence came the statistic.
The highest known sea-level pressure at Berlin was recorded precisely
99 years ago, on 23rd Jan 1907, when it reached something like 1058
mbar. (1066.3 mbar at Riga on the same day may well remain the
European record).
