Default Synops sites not uploading atm :-(
Both dupage and fsu seem to have stopped updating since 8pm ish this
evening.

Will have to wait till the morning to see whether they have recovered,
unusual for them both to stop updating together.

Raw data stream from NOAA still seems to be ok.
