Woke up to a dusting of snow just about full cover on grassy and soil.
Hay Tor looks white as wind was driving snow onto sides of rock.

Wind NE force 4 (significant wind chill) on the moor.

Sorry to reply to own post but just come back from a walk up to Hay Tor summit
and the conditions up there are genuinely bitterly cold. The wind is force 5-6
and temperature circa -3 deg C. Snow is blowing around too. Coming down back
home to -1.2 and force 2 feels positively tropical.
