Looks very much like fog coming in from the Vale to spoil a cloudless
sky.

It seems the absent Leeming obs (as spotted by John Hall) were the
cause of yesterday's low daytime readings from York. They were stuck on
-1C from the 11Z ob and didn't update. I assume the readings for York
on Ceefax p404 are actually Leeming's.
