It does occur to me that anyone who hasn't listened to Radio 4 (or the
World Service), and more generally anyone from anywhere other than the
UK must be wondering what on earth all this is about ... and why the
thread grew so quickly!

There must be a possibility of a meteorological 'Mornington Crescent'
game, but the rules are so fiendish and I can't see how the
Clausius-Clapeyron variation could be employed ..... ;-)
