BRACKNELL (TAWFIELD)
0900 VRB F1 8000 BR 5/CS 7/CI COTRA T-023D-034
RMK: much more hoar deposit than at this time yesterday. The main layer
of Cirrus (~250/280) is highly contaminated with COTRA [see below];
Cs~200/220 has invaded the western sky in past hour. Wind genuinely
variable, ocnl calm, but favouring a northerly point.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: -03.7 grass min: -05.4 precipitation: NIL [24hr total: 00.0
mm]
other data: Cirrus amounts considerably added-to by large quantities of
condensation trail activity: the air at trailing altitude has cooled off
a little, but more importantly has moistened considerably above about
FL240. ]=

1500 SW F2 30km - 1/CU 5/CI T053D-007
RMK: Cu hum~025/030, 1Ac~100, 1Cc~200, Ci~250 or higher. Essentially a
fine day with occasional strong sunshine. The earlier extensive dense
Cirrus/Cirrostratus (tempo. partial 22deg halo) cleared about an hour
ago.=
