Vancouver has had hardly any snow this year - the slopes were bare at the
end of January. They were kind of worried about it seeing as Whistler is
hosting the Winter Olympics in a few years.

Remarkable when Whistler has seen its record snowfall since records began.
It had 467cm in January 2006.
