After a cold, misty, grey start we have had a morning of continuous light to
mod RADZ. The temperature has slowly climbed to +5.6 C (present) but it
feels very cold, damp and rather unpleasant. Can't remember a day like this
for a long time! Satellite imagery implies that some drier conditions may
occur this afternoon with the ourside chance of some breaks in the
monotonous STSC sheet. Not a good day for visitors to S. Devon!"
