rain/drizzle over past few hours; sleet just about justified in lights
early hours - if you weren't around, you wouldn't have known!

thoroughly unpleasant morning - we used to get calls asking if
barometers were correct in these situations, with the dial reading 'Very
Dry'!=

damp until ~15Z, but are now drying rapidly. Sc~014/016. Rain much of
day - sometimes just about moderate, but last hour has been dry.
