Default [WR] -RASN and -SN in Canterbury

Now -SN both at campus (70m ASL) and home (8m ASL). Temperature at home
is 1.2C with dewpoint of 0.0C. Not really settling - it's not heavy
enough and the ground is totally sodden.

Only 1.3mm more precipitation needed to reach the eLTA (currently at 97%).
