Nothing lying in Manchester city centre. I travelled back from Wymeswold,
Leicestershire to here this afternoon and only saw lying snow alongside
the A50 carriageway.

Hi Joe,
as I said the heaviest snow since 1996 but it did appear most of the snow
did not push inland towards you which is unusual.
Temperatures slowly rising here and the snow is slowly melting.
Noticed not much mention on the main news but I should expect that I suppose
