That's sad Graham ,if the kits are no longer available,like you I built
mine from a kit 25 years ago,and its still going strong .Can't see any
reason why it won't go on for ever providing its kept well painted,mind it
was a bugger to paint originally,all those slats three coats !, .had to
spread it out all over the lawn on newspaper,much to the disapproval of
the boss.....

I used the spare bedroom to lay out and paint mine. The screen lasted from
1977 to 2004, by which time it was starting to rot quite badly.
