As I was typing the message above I was viewing the Sheringham webcam at
http://webcam.sheringham.org.uk/ - Snowfall started at approx 17:45 local
time, and the time-lapse of 30 seconds makes it clearer to see that snow is
settling rather quickly. Barford (10 miles from Norwich Centre) is cloudy,
so expecting snow to start soon.
