Default Meteorologists say, 'PREDICTION OF MUMBAI KILLER RAINS WAS IMPOSSIBLE'

Science cann't predict divine will. When big waves hit east india

Divine will was hidden for a reason.

The main river that drains 70% of the city 's water has been partially
blocked by greedy contractors involved in the airport construction.
The ever increasing slums dwellers throw their garbage and block
Victorian gutters made before independence, which have never been
updated. There is no systematic cleaning of drainage. It is moronic to
blame mother nature, it is mismanagement, corruption and ineptness.
