Intermittent snow has also been noted in Tilehurst this morning,

since
0800Z.
For a minute or two around 0830 it was close to moderate intensity

and
settling readily.
Falling from broken cloud - high Sc or Ac. Possibly decaying showers

from
elsewhere overnight.
0845 - now ceased (moved away to SW)

All happening this morning: at 0925Z, shower of snow/snow-pellets

mixed,
mainly the latter; the distant Cu top was seen when out doing the 09Z

ob
to the NNE and has now arrived! - not affecting the ground state at
present, and only 'slight' in intensity. (OAT= +0.9degC) ... still in
progress at 0934Z

Correction to start time: 0920Z .... now (0945Z) almost ceased; again,
no effect on ground state.

Martin.
