Default [WR] Thunder Epping

Yes, George, I had just completed some concreting and I was desperately
rushing to finish cleaning the cement mixer (I'd resolved when I bought it
a few years ago to ALWAYS keep it clean!) when that shower struck.

It was certainly *cold* rain.

We had another bright flash of lightning to the south, followed by a loud
crack of thunder and some heavy rain, around 19.45 hrs.
