Have they gone off line? My browser supports 128 bit encryption, and
all recommended settings (SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0) are marked, so
that shouldn't be the problem.
I'm in the same position as you Evert. I cannot get to it via my normal
adsl IP address, yet can on dial-up with another ISP. I asked my main ISP
about this and they indicated a range of their IP addresses had been either
blocked by that site, or by DNS servers upstream of that site. I emailed
the webmaster who indicated there was no blocking on his part. It appears
to be a DNS problem in the USA. I still have no direct access but can get
there using my ISP's suggestion, to use an anonimising proxy.

see it. What it does is seemingly change your IP address to one acceptable
