Haven't found France yet.
The French guard their radar data fiercely in an attempt, probably
forlorn, to make vast amounts of dosh out of it. Even they now
make one image every six hours available on their website at
www.meteo.fr
Meteo France used to be very good at publishing large amounts
of information in very usable formats at modest prices until about
1989, then they caught the "let's make money" bug from the
UK Met Office in a big way. They'll learn too ... eventually.
