Default [WR] Bracknell/Good Friday: fine start ... shame about the stratus!

At 0500Z, SKC, vis 2 to 3km, BR (mist) and a lovely day in prospect,
after overnight min = +0.6degC, grass min -1.7degC.

At 0645Z, OVC ST, vis 1200-1500m, VCFG, as the wind just popped up to
Bft 1 or 2, from calm/near calm.

Now (0730Z): OAT = 2.5degC, RH = 95%, vis still ~ 1200m, but no VCFG as
far as I can detect - and the stratus has some 'light and shade' to it,
so hopefully not too thick and won't hang about too long.

Martin.
