you are using Outlook Express for posting. It has a bug which makes
them so. I think you will agree, it is not pretty. You'd do yourself

I have been spending a lot less time on the compute the last year and my
computer is showing it.
You might do a lot of things to me but I don't think you would intentionally
spread a virus. Even anarchists have standards. You have had plenty of
opportunities to send a virus to me the past and never took it.
