very moist boundary layer it is indeed. We've had fog since mid-afternoon
which is now quite extensive. The cloud base must be around 400' or so
here.
Not sure what altitude you're at in Bolton but the fog mustn't be that far
above you if you're not in it !!

up on very well. Temp been rising steadily though, now up to 9.3C
so I guess that's the warm front through.

Hopefully that's the worst weather of the Easter weekend gone.
It's certainly looking rather better than looked likely earlier in the
