Depends very much on what I'm doing, I've found:
The first, up to the low nineties F anyway, if I'm idly lounging in
the garden recliner.
but 2 if I'm dragging out bags of garbage or hauling in groceries
from the car.
3 if I'm in the house, in an artificial, user-controlled climate ....
