Default how common is Atlantic hurricane turing into Pacific one?

I think there are about a half-dozen storms that
have done it. For example, Cesar in '96 became
Douglas in the Pacific. Cesar was unusual, I
think in that it emerged as a Tropical Storm
in the Pacific.
