From what filters down here about the views of Shrub, I find it hard
to believe this decision relies on "president". ;-)
activism. None of the facts in this case are seriously in
question, many are taken from the court record or are
recordings on TV. It will be interesting to see what the
defendant's bar will question in it for appeal. Though
we may see other attempts at public school takeover
from religious extremists, I think this is the last gasp for
creationism in public school biology classes.
