A vile morning here. It's been raining non-stop since 6:15pm yesterday
and it's very cold once again at only 4.4C. Wind from the E.S.E.

36.6mm of rain has fallen since then with 28.2mm since midnight. Max
rate was 16.2mm/hr at 6:54am.

Monthly total now 86.6mm and annual total 154.0mm.

Contrary to what I just heard Peter Gibbs say on a News 24 forecast
there is absolutely no sign of spring whatsoever.
