Since it started raining again on 14th Feb, there has been 340mm of rain - about three

Portugal and Spain suffered quite a bit last year too. How are they

I noticed quite a few fronts that aught in normal years passed north of
us and end up in Norway went south into France this year. How unusual
is that?
