Can't give precise details (on account of the champagne) but I can tell
you all that yesterday in south-east London was warm and sunny all day,
the first real day of spring, and the perfect weather to get married in!
Congratulations Kate, I'm glad your wedding went well and that we
managed to "fix" the weather for you! But my goodness, what on earth
are you doing on here, the very next day?
Not so good today down here, bit drizzly but plenty warm enough and
good grass growing weather! 15 deg C, light wind, starting to dry out
now.

Cheers!
*clink!* What am I doing (apart from finishing up the odd leftover
bottles)? Well, I just popped in to check emails and stuff and thought
I'd let you all know how we exploited what is clearly going to be all
the spring we get this year... We're off on honeymoon on Wednesday to
France, and thanks to Colin's very helpful post earlier, I can now see
that the secheresse seems to have alleviated itself a little in the
Dordogne, so I trust that even if the foie gras business is not in the
pink due to bird flu restrictions, at least the asparagus will be in the
green.
