The hourly observations from Keswick and Cardinham do not support the maxes
being reported by the same stations and as such doubt their validity. The
highest hourly reported temp was 16.1C but dropped to 13.8C an hourly later.
Cardinham also looks very doubtful - its highest hourly temp was 13.2C with
12.8 Reported eiher hour either side. 17.1C is therefore not accurate.
Carlisle at 16.3C looks fine.
