I noticed that no rainfall appeared on the UKMO radar for my area until
4.00pm, not even the "slight" blue. It was raining more or less continuously
here from about 11.30 a.m. It was mainly moderate (what we tend to call fine
rain) but nevertheless amounted to 3mm. Did anyone else notice that?
