Default Wrong sort of rain for radar?

What would be the point of that and how does it affect the way digital
data is collated for model runs? A touch of the Andrew Lanes by the
sound of it. Can we have a name to curse in our prayers?

Who is the minister of cock ups for the weather? That's the Home Office
again isn't it? Not the only things they overlook.
