Default Hazy at times?????

Did anyone find that the sunshine was "Hazy at times" during wednesday.
Its just that damn kirkwood blonde woman said on BBC breakfast that it
would be. Infact she said it 4 times in one bullitin and 6 in the next.
She seemed to have a smirk on her face when she said it. Was she having
a laugh at the expense of the viewer. The worst thing was that the
weather type did not seem to be one that would result in hazy sunshine.
I would have expected good visability and cu developement.

"Hazy" has been dumbed down to "bits of cloud". It does NOT
mean solid particles, eg dust or smoke, in suspension, reducing
visibility somewhat and often making the sun and the lower parts of
towering Cu look a bit yellowish brown. No way. Not at all.
Carol Kirkwood is not the only one with a smirk. Rob McElwee
manages one even on Radio 4, somehow. You can get passive smirking
just from listening to him. He should carry one of those labels they
have on laboratory chemicals: Warning! Irritant!
