I see the 06z GFS run is showing a spanish - type plume at T+60 (Sunday
afternoon) over the UK with LI's in the low minuses and CAPE in
thousands over central and eastern / northeastern UK in a line from
Oxford to Middlesborough. Any opinions anybody or should I just leave my
batteries in the charger??

It'll certainly make a change from this infernal sunshine if it goes
up... presently 21C here and a seabreeze setting in at Wallsend.
