Thames water drought order?

When it poured with rain they said "ah but that doesn't affect the long
term problem". We get a few days hot sun and thety say "We've got a real
problem here". I'm sceptical.
Lol
...mmm, people still seem to have difficulty understanding the concept of
underground aquifer deficit which only really recharges in winter. Believe
me, if we get another 1976 then you'll know all about it as we are starting
from a worse situation!
Dave.
Indeed Dave, it could be catastrophic in parts of the SE. There are more homes
there now than in 1976, the pipes are still leaky, and demand has increased.
You'd better pray for rain in that far flung part of Britain :-)
Raining here at home this morning :-(
