I wonder how close it came to deep convection in southern england
today? Some towering Cu visible to north of London this
afternoon.Hadn't realised a sounding was available from Larkhill at
midday-

presumably this air mass may have fuelled the severe looking storm in
Lincolnshire later in the afternoon,
