Just 1.9mm in Romsey from a couple of showery outbreaks of rain
(a horrible term, I know, but seems to best describe the scene, as
the sky is covered in SC clouds with some embedded instability).
Rainfall for the month so far stands at 3.6mm and we have yet to
hear thunder this June.

I definitely heard thunder from Dunbridge on the 4th, it sounded about
5 miles away so maybe it was possible to hear it from Romsey if there
was no background noise.
