this morning - Is it Orange (Wanadoo) or a more general failure?

It becomes very difficult to access at times - not sure if it is when the TAFS
get updated or when it is overloaded by people trying to get met at the start of
the day (please avoid 8:00am to 9:00 as I would like to connect then)
