Monthly total 10.9mm with not much sign of any more.
The fronts due at the end of the week have disappeared on

My monthly rainfall total is 6.0mm including 1.0 mm last night.
I started lifting early potatoes at the weekend as the tops were starting to
die down
and found the soil very dry under the crop. Good yield of new potatoes,
though !
