Default Divert hurricanes, not kill them carbon of Paper sequin to solve global warming

Yes, let's just ignore the important role hurricanes
play in the General Circulation of the Earth and in
sustaining ocean currents eyeroll

You could argue that tornadoes play some tiny minor important role in
distributing something. The majority role of both hurricanes and
tornadoes is destruction as to the excess of energy that the
environment finds itself.

Life adapts and life does not need hurricanes or tornadoes.
So if we have the chance to eliminate them, we should grab the
opportunity to eliminate.

Funny how we can more easily eliminate hurricanes than we can tornadoes
which are less energy. We can do this because it seems as though the
birth of hurricanes all follow a patterned order of originating in
Africa. Somewhere they start vortex motion. So if we can destroy
pre-hurricanes before they start vortex motion, then we would solve a
major destructive force.

If the birth site of all hurricanes is some narrow band Latitude
between Africa and North America then by orbiting Paper and Aluminium
Sequin to make that latitude ocean water so very much cooler, then we
have cut off the birthing of hurricanes.
