RMK: [CAVOK] - 5Ac~080/100, thin/well broken, but showing some

The sky was full of this cloud first thing, then dispersed, before
reforming/returning within the past hour. Otherwise, the sky is clear,
but distinctly hazier than for some days past - typical E/SE
ex-continental type.
