15:11 noticed *dark* clouds out of the office window. Hopped in the car - very
light shower - 5 miles away the road was awash with drains overflowing and
complete width of carriageway flooded. Saw three flashes of lightning heard a
few more rumbles of thunder. All over in a few minutes.
