RMK: [COTRA] - 2Cu hum (developed within past hour)~030, 3Ci (rare old
mix of fibrous, floccus and highly sheared elements)~ 280+. Visibility
may be even better than indicated.

RMK: [COTRA & CAVOK] - 1Cu hum (with Sc Cugen same base)~050, 2Ci
(dense patches)~280+. =

RMK: [CAVOK] - 1Ci (distant dense patch to E)~280 or higher; Cirrus has
been dispersing over past couple of hours and sky is a 'clean'
unpolluted blue - sunshine, even late afternoon/early evening, is very
strong.
