RMK: 2Cu hum~025, 6Sc~060, 8As (thick)~090. Sky clear at first-light,
becoming BKN/OVC by 0730Z.

RMK: 1Cu (hum) to distant NNE/NE horizon, where there is a definite
change of cloud structure; 7Sc~018, 8Sc~035 - the sky has changed
overhead markedly over the past hour, as if an upper cloud layer has
thinned / moved away. The rain is quite literally a few drops only.=

1800 NE F3-4 50km - 1/CU T224D107
RMK: 1Cu hum (also Sc Cugen same level)~045/048. Clear otherwise, but
lower atmosphere rather turbid considering the air mass.
