BRACKNELL (TAWFIELD)
0900 NE F4 45km - 4/CU T172D089
RMK: 4Cu hum~030. Could almost code as Sc but the mechanism is
obviously convection initiated to temperatures above ~15. Clear above.
Pleasant, if rather gusty wind.
