My record for July (last 30 years), Philip, is 1034.0 on 16th 1996. This
morning's 1032.2 equals last July's max (on 12th). My average highest for
July is 1028.0.

I see the UK record is 1038.3 at North Shields in 1911 (courtesy of
Stephen B) ... seemingly not at risk on this occasion.
