Currently 34C in the living room (with window open and west facing), and 28C
in the bedrooms (east facing). As for the humidity, I don't know but it
certainly is stifling.

Our house is highly insulated (and getting better as we are currently
insulating the floors). Problem is we have large windows and when the
sunlight shines through them the temperature soars in the room.

Now 22.3C at 22:30. Feels positively chilly outside compared to indoors.
