Yes like you I was very sceptical and thought how ridiculous to keep windows
shut. However I had need to go out for much of yesterday so kept my west
facing windows shut with curtains drawn, when I got back home that part of
the house was cooler. I was pleasantly surprised and almost convinced!

Now, I don't know about you lot, but for me shutting the windows on a
bloody hot day like today is the LAST thing I would consider to keep my
house cool with!!
