what the max recorded at the official station was, but according to
Weatheronline they recorded 27C at 1600 (which I suspect is rounded down).
My figure from 1600 is 29.3C, so on that basis my real max would probably
have been around 28C. So about as hot as Copley, I think!

Official Glenlivet reached 27.5°C. Highest in the Scottish NCM network
was Charterhall in the Borders (Berwickshire I think) with 29.9°C.
