I know today will be fresher, but I'm not sure the humidty or dewpoints
will
reflect this.

A humidity of 35% and a dewpoint of 11°C means the temperature
is 28°C, which was not mentioned. Those are not oppressive conditions
really, but the temperature is quite high and what it feels like may
depend on what you are doing. Today will certainly feel fresher simply
because the temperature is lower.

Well the temperature was 26 and I was sat under a tree with relatives after
a wedding, in the shade though it was rather cloudy, but it felt awful to
me.

But then I had to stay in all afternoon today until 5 pm by which time I
just found it OK in the shade.
