Yes, where are they? That child could get her feet wet and
later in life could well come to regret it. You simply can't be too
careful.

Hmmm.... the two children in the background are up to their waists in
(seemingly) fast flowing water - helen is right, someone should exercise
some common sense (ie: their parents).
