Seems to take just less than 20 minutes at the moment. I guess the delay
is due to the time it takes to process the images.

I always thought it was so that the Met can charge for the real-time radar
service. It certainly doesn't take 20 minutes of computer time to process
and combine a trivial set of radar returns!
